Does Scoop Duty clean the entire yard?

Scoop Duty will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop Duty. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling. All we ask is that you notify Scoop Duty 3 days in advance of your next service date to pause or cancel your subscription 

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

We love dogs — it's why we do what we do! However, for the safety of our team, we kindly ask that all pets be kept indoors or secured away from the yard during your scheduled service. This helps us provide a thorough and stress-free cleaning experience. Thank you for understanding!

Can I request a specific cleanup day?

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.

Do you provide arrival windows for services?

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. 

How does Scoop Duty Bill?

We bill monthly on the 1st of the month. For customers starting mid-month we will issue a one-time prorated invoice to reflect the services rendered for that month, this will be followed by the monthly reoccurring invoice on the 1st that reflects your ongoing service. Auto-pay is available for seamless service. Ongoing service will be halted if the invoice has not been received before the first service of the month.
